1. Evaluate all church programs, events, and activities and make modifications (additions, changes, cuts) as needed in light of our values and purpose statements. Produce a written summary of each area along with an explanation of its place in the overall purpose of the church. Link each to a critical ministry area putting the structure (people and plan) in place to oversee each ministry. (ORGANIZE)
2. Plan and hold four (one per quarter) outreach events with 80% of the congregation bringing out at least one unsaved friend. (MOBILIZE & EVANGELIZE)
3. Have in place a plan for the discipleship of new believers that trains and encourages the congregation to be involved in discipleship ministry. (MOBILIZE & EVANGELIZE)
4. Have a systematic plan in place for distributing our church information along with the gospel message to the 16,000 people who live within the 7-mile radius of our church. This may include regular newspaper ads, house to house distribution, development of church web-site, Bible studies, or other ideas. (EVANGELIZE)
5. Have 50% of our current church families directly responsible for bringing at least one new believer into our church. (MOBILIZE & EVANGELIZE)
6. Have a proposal in place that would present the best way to provide for the space needs of our congregation. This proposal should evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of developing the current auditorium, putting up a facility on our current property, or using another location. (VISUALIZE)
